$130 hourly rate with a one time flat, non-refundable $100 custom drawing fee that does not go towards the hourly rate at the appointment.
Age requirement of 18+ with few exceptions for minors that are 16/17 that have the notarized consent form and are fully present during the entire procedure. These exemptions are made for those that are personally known or referred.
Cancellation policy: 48 hours notice or $100 fee will be forfeited.
